specializing in digital SoC, ASIC, FPGA, and DSP design
easics is a worldwide reference in smart electronic System-on-Chip (SoC) design. Our customers are world-leaders in their respective markets. We tackle some of the most advanced and rewarding challenges in first-of-a-kind digital & mixed-signal chips. To grow and strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced technical lead.
You will technically lead teams up to 8 SoC/ASIC design engineers or several smaller teams on different projects depending on your level of experience and personal interests. Together with your team(s) you will be responsible for creating complex digital chips. You will own and drive the whole design process, from specification, to validation and implementation, deciding on priorities together with the customer. During the project you are the primary technical contact for the customer and you will monitor the work in relation to the specification and architecture document and validation plans. This includes foreseeing or catching technical issues that could arise, and formulating a plan to tackle or avoid them. You guide and coach the easics team to ensure the work progresses smoothly, and people grow their skills as needed for the project.
do apply if:
You have at least 5 years of broad technical experience in SoC/ASIC design from specification, to design and verification, to synthesis

You are a leader with good coaching skills who loves taking his/her team to the next level
You excel in professional communication and building long lasting relationships with the client
You like to take ownership and do what it takes to bring your project(s) to a good end
You are proactive and like to work in an entrepreneurial environment
You're fluent in English
it’s a plus if:
You have strong architectural skills and can set up complex architectures independently
You have experience in RTL-to-GDS flows: place and route and sign-off flows
You have experience in mixed-signal ASICs
You have DSP experience
