- Design Engineer
- Senior Design Engineer
working in the field of embedded digital systems design targetting System-on-Chip, ASIC, FPGA and embedded platforms.
You will be responsible for the specification, architecture, implementation and verification of state-of-the-art chips and embedded systems.
You will be designing new applications, in the fields of wireless communication and ultra-low power design (such as RFID tags), connectivity in the home, real-time image processing etc, using a variety of silicon technologies including 65 nanometer.
Your focus will be on digital ASIC and FPGA design, including embedded software, and mixed-signal integration.
You will use languages such as VHDL, C++ and SystemC.
You will use a rich set of software tools:
- Commercial EDA tools from Mentor Graphics, Synopsys, Cadence, Synplicity, Denali, Xilinx and Altera.
- Easics in-house EDA tools.
- Open source software, including GNU/Linux, gcc and git
